Warehouse/Inventory Management and Consolidation
Keya runs major warehouses and supports supply initiatives for active military bases. We also consolidate and reallocate inventory assets from bases undergoing BRAC procedures. We ensure that base supply pipelines are filled by:

• Issuing, ordering, and maintaining inventory of stock commodities
• Managing base operation supply system databases
• Managing Property (asset) Books
• Processing and reporting on excess property disposals

Program Management
Keya supports military base BRAC program objectives. We support military project managers in forward planning, implementation, and management reporting. We plan, schedule, track, and report on reallocation activities.
